The sleeves are manufactured in Automatic Machines and dried in Auto Furnaces to ensure consistency of performance and Characteristics. Sleeves are also subject to Heat-Output Analysis, Thermal Conductivity measurements etc. in addition to normal Tests.

Coatings are tested for Foam tendency, Metal Penetration, wear Resistance at elevated temperatures in addition to normal tests such as viscoscity, specific gravity, scratchhardness etc.
