A range of "EXOTHERMIC" HOT-TOPS used atop Ingot moulds to contain the shrinkage of molten metal in the zone. These are custom-designed to suit the contour of the mould and are used in conjunction with COVEREX-707.

UTILIZATION

These are basically exothermic in nature whereas METATOP HOT-TOPS are insulating in nature. The effectiveness of these Hot Tops is better. The functional aspects are identical.
